The Bowel is the food line for the body. You must have Bowel Movement to keep food moving on. When they slow down you have Bowel Constipation. That causes Hard Bowel that leads to Irritable Bowel that causes Diarrhea. When you eat the food it goes into the Bowel's stomach food mixer. The stomach does a lot of Bowel Movement to prevent Bowel Constipation. That prevents Hard Bowel so that you don't have Irritable Bowel that can lead to Diarrhea.
